Daniel B. Lewis, has build reputation over his 35 year career in the insurance and restoration industries. After graduating from the University of Iowa, Dan started his professional career in 1990 with American Family Insurance as a Multi-Line Claim Adjuster. In 2003, he went to work with Alternative Service Concepts, a third-party administrator that managed excess insurance claim exposures for self-insured corporations and the government sector. His success in the areas of property, liability, and worker’s compensation led the Nationwide Insurance Company to recruit Dan. In 2004, he became part of Nationwide’s regional property leadership team. While at Nationwide, Dan held numerous leadership roles including Multi-state Field Claim Manager, Regional Catastrophe Claim Manager and Regional Preferred Contractor Manager.

In the second half of his career, Dan began pursuing his entrepreneurial dream. In 2009, he launched Insurance Contractor's Educational System (ICE), dedicated to promoting a customer service-focused culture in the Insurance Restoration Industry. Dan further refined his expertise at GC3 Builders as the Director of Customer Care and Development, strengthening his commitment to client-centered service.

In 2019, Dan founded Hawkeye Consulting and Claim Service, marking his entry into the litigation side of the industry as a Corporate Representative. Since then, he has been deposed over 500 times in various roles, bringing a wealth of litigation insight and a dedication to fair practices for homeowners. Dan’s extensive knowledge and experience continue to define his impact on the field today.

Jenn Rogula started as an Executive Assistant at Hawkeye Consulting and Claim Service in 2020 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations.

A proud graduate of Black Hawk College, Jenn brings a combination of loyalty, dedication, and innovation to her role. Known for her sunny disposition and relentless work ethic, she is a true grinder who excels in organization and finding efficient solutions to support the team. Jenn’s commitment to her work and her proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to the company.

Scott Webster, Brings over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott ensures our field operations align with best practices and add value to resolving property disputes. A former President of the Iowa Homebuilders Association, Scott was appointed to the Iowa State Building Code Advisory Board by former Governor Terry Branstad and currently serves as an Iowa State Senator representing District 47.

Cade D. Lewis, With over five years of experience in field operations within the insurance sector, specializing in inspections and estimating, he became a licensed adjuster in the state of Florida. He is dedicated to fostering trust and providing accurate estimates for policyholders.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, he earned Summa Cum Laude honors, showcasing his commitment to excellence and continuous learning. In addition to being a licensed adjuster in Florida, he holds multiple carrier-specific certifications and is FEMA flood insurance certified. He is also actively involved in insurance appraisals, with a proven track record of achieving fair outcomes in disputed claims.

Jabez Clavecilla, a skilled and dedicated Estimating Manager at Hawkeye Consulting and Claim Services, is known for his ability to manage tasks independently while excelling in virtual collaboration. With extensive experience in preparing both interior and exterior estimates and proficiency in Xactimate, he brings a sharp eye for detail to every project. Committed to delivering precise estimates, Jabez uses his expertise to ensure smooth and efficient project execution, consistently contributing to successful client outcomes.

Ana Caballero a dedicated and experienced Executive Support at Hawkeye Consulting and Claim Services, bringing a wealth of expertise in administrative and customer support.
